Welcome to Long Island's own 3D Virtual Chat Room. Here you will be able to walk around and chat with  people from all over Long Island.
This is a Java based program, please have patience as it loads. Load time is dependent on your connection speed and  your computer.
First the rules
LIcentral will be monitoring theses rooms and will retain the right to ban any persons using foul or abusive language.  Please use the rooms that pertain to your age group or interests and remember we will be monitoring.
how it works
Go to the bottom of this page and click Enter Virtual Chats. This will bring you to the log in screen, enter your user name and password  (please remember your screen name and password) then click connect.
Once in the main chat screen you can pick the room you want to enter from the right and click join. You will be able to choose from different visual characters to represent you on screen. To do this click on the user tab and pick the characters you would like to represent you on screen. Upon returning to the chat a wheel of characters that you have selected, will be displayed in the lower right hand corner.   Have fun and enjoy!!!
